`Abd Allah ibn `Abd al-Asad (Arabic: بن عبد الأسد‎ عبد الله) was one of the companions of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.

He was married to Umm Salama Hind bint Abi Umayya, and they where among the first who converted to Islam

They had four children: Salama, Umar, Zaynab, and Durra.

After his death, Muhammad married her widow.
