Łuków is also the Sorbian name for Luckau in Germany.

Łuków is a town in eastern Poland with 30.727 inhabitants as of January 1 2005. Situated in the Lublin Voivodeship since 1999, Łuków was previously in Siedlce Voivodeship from 1975-1998. It is the capital of Łuków County.
