Open e (majuscule: Ɛ, minuscule: ɛ) is a letter of the extended Latin alphabet. In the International Phonetic Alphabet, it represents the open-mid front unrounded vowel. It occurs in many written versions of Niger-Congo languages, such as Ewe (Ɛwɛgbɛ), as well as other languages using the African reference alphabet.

In Unicode, the majuscule Ɛ is encoded in the Latin Extended-B block at U+0190 and the minuscule ɛ is encoded at U+025B.
