Results from the 1999 Formula One Italian Grand Prix held at Monza on September 12, 1999. As a close championship moved towards its conclusion, Mika Häkkinen snapped, spinning off and stalling while comfortably leading the race, then bursting into tears at the side of the road afterwards. The victory was inherited by Jordan's Heinz Harald Frentzen; it would prove to be the only race the team ever won in dry conditions.
