Billy wants to throw a surprise party for Mandy, but he needs Grim's help to get it done fast. If they get caught by Mandy then the whole thing is over. After what seemed like hours of preparation, Billy makes Grim very happy and Grim becomes very excited about Mandy's birthday. However, when Mandy shows up for her surprise birthday party, she reveals that it was not her birthday at all.

Billy and Irwin are addicted to a video game named Beast and Barbarians that they've been playing for 36 hours straight. Mandy wants to break them out of it, so she orders Grim to bring them into a real video game. But her idea hits a snag - Billy and Irwin defeat the monsters, so Grim heads to the control room to take over the place. He gets his chance to get rid of the kids, but he accidentally unleashes a giant cyclops that terrorizes everyone. Eventually, Billy, Grim and Mandy make it back home alive...Without Irwin, who is trapped in the dimension.
Beasts and Barbarians is both a spoof and satire of the popular role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons.
