Air Adriatic is a charter airline based in Rijeka, Croatia and was the first private Croatian airline. It operates charter services from northern Europe to the Croatian holiday destinations. It also has an air taxi service using a Piper Navajo. Its main bases are Pula Airport and Dubrovnik Airport.

The airline was established in October 2001 and started operations in March 2002. It began flying charter services from Ireland and Israel to Croatian destinations. It has also conducted ad hoc services for the United Nations in the Balkans. It has its headquarters at Rijeka and technical operations based at Pula Airport. In 2004 charters were largely flown between Sweden and Croatia. In 2005 the company bought 3 additional used MD-82s aircraft from Alitalia.
