Alberta provincial highway 20

Alberta provincial highway 20 is a short highway which located in central Alberta west of Highway 2.

It begins at Alsike along Highway 39 and proceeds 10 km south to Breton where it crosses Highway 616.

It continues south another 17 km to Winfield where it crosses Highway 13.

It keeps going south another 15 km to Hoadley where Highway 611 branches off.

12 km further south it goes through Bluffton where Highway 607 branches off.

Highway 53 branches off Highway 20 about 10 km south of Bluffton.

About two km south of the junction of Highway 53, the road splits in two. Highway 20A goes directly south into the town of Rimbey while Highway 20 skirts the town to the east.

The highway proceeds southeast for 24 km where it meets Highway 12 just east of Bentley.

It goes directly south for 16 km where it crosses Highway 11A (just east of the town of Sylvan Lake) and then moves another four km where it ends at Highway 11.
