Alexander Khatisyan (Armenian: Ալեքսանդր Խատիսյան; alternatively spelled as Alexsandr Khatisyan; b. Tiflis (Tbilisi) 1874 - d. Paris 1945) was an Armenian politician and a journalist. He served as the mayor of Tiflis from 1910 to 1917 and later as the second Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Armenia from 1919 to 1920.
