Andreas Zelinka

Andreas Zelinka (born February 23 1802 in Vyškov (now Czech Republic); died January 21 1868 in Vienna) was an Austrian politician and mayor of Vienna from 1861 to 1868. He was called Papa Zelinka by the inhabitants of Vienna.
