Andy Heyward (born 1949 in New York City) is the Chairman and CEO of DiC Entertainment, a film production company.<ref>DiC Entertainment. Executive Listing.</ref>

Andy created DiC Entertainment in 1982 after performing a management buyout of DiC Audiovisual, a French production company owned by Radio-Television Luxembourg.<ref>NAPTE Biography.</ref>
