Angoulême International Comics Festival

Every year, the Grand Prix de la ville d'Angoulême is awarded to an author for his whole work or for his achievement in the evolution of comics.
Prizes are given in the following categories :
- Prize for Best Comic Book
- Prize Awarded by the Audience
- Prize for Scenario
- Prize for Artwork
- Prize for First Comic Book
- Prize for a Series
- Prize for Inheritance
- Prix Jeunesse 9-12 ans
- Prix Jeunesse 7-8 ans
