Aracely Arámbula Jaques (born March 6, 1975) is a Mexican actress and singer.

Arámbula was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Arámbula declared her intentions of wanting to become an entertainer when she was a child. She would act and sing whenever the opportunity arose, although not as a professional. Always regarded as a breathtaking beauty, Arámbula consistently took the titles in many school beauty pageants. She also participated in the Rostro del Heraldo contest, which she won in 1992.^{[citations needed]}

Arámbula then moved to Mexico City, where she was quickly accepted into the Televisa acting school. She advanced as an actress after graduating from the Centro de Educación Artística (Artistic Education Center), going straight to Televisa's telenovelas, although she began with small roles only at first. Her first telenovela was Prisionera de amor (Prisoner of Love) (1994).

She accepted several other minor telenovela characters, rapidly achieving favored status in Latin America. In 1998, she was given her first chance at starring in a telenovela ensemble in Soñadoras (Dreamers). In 1999, she played the character María Elena Hernández in Alma Rebelde (Rebel Soul). In 2000, she starred in Abrázame muy fuerte (Embrace Me Tightly). In 2002, Arámbula starred in Las vías del amor (The Ways of Love). This has been, so far, her last job as a television soap star.

Arámbula has been constantly followed by paparazzi, which have linked her to some scandals, most recently an relationship with fellow Mexican crooner Luis Miguel. Tongues in the Hispanic Media wagged when she became the new paramour of this singer after he dumped Univision's journalist Myrka Dellanos.^{[citation needed]} Arambula's pairing with megastar Luis Miguel cause a media sensation. There has been no shortage of fascination with the couple. The latest media sensation concerned Arambula's pregnancy with Miguel's child. It was widely speculated by die-hard Myrka Dellanos fans that Arambula's pregnancy was merely a publicity stunt. However, on October 26, 2006, photographs of Arambula in her last trimester were released to the public. It was also announced that the baby would take the name "Miguel," unlike Michelle Salas. Michelle Salas is a young Mexican model who claims to be the daughter of Luis Miguel. Miguel has never acknowledged Salas as his biological child, instead entirely refusing to comment on Salas' claims. Miguel's engagement to Arambula was met with a volatile mixture of elation from fans and outrage from Salas' family and Myrka Dellanos fans.

By 2005, Arámbula had begun on another phase of her career, touring for the first time as a professional singer.

Arámbula recently appeared on the H para Hombres magazine, being one of the most sold out issues of this magazine.^{[citation needed]} Arambula is also featured in current running magazine ads for Hanes underwear.
