Associate may refer to:
- A term used by some companies instead of employee.
- Associate Justice, a member of a judicial panel who is not the Chief Justice.
- Associate's degree, a two-year educational degree.
- Associate company is a company in which another company owns a significant portion of the shares, but not over 50% at which point it would become a subsidiary
- Associate, a mathematical concept in ring theory.
