Autocunnilingus is a hypothetical sex act in which a woman performs oral sex on herself; a form of masturbation. It is the female counterpart to the male act, autofellatio.

The capability to perform what contortionists describe as an extreme frontbend would be necessary in order to achieve autocunnilingus. Women are naturally more flexible than men.<ref>Overspeed Training</ref>
