Azerbaijan Air Force

Image:Azerbaijan Air Force.jpg The Azerbaijan Air Force (AzAF, Azeri: Azərbaycan hərbi hava qüvvələri) has about 7,900 personnel and troops. The AzAF currentely has 172 aircraft and 60 helicopters on 16 bases, with additional 50 other airports.

- Su-24 fighter bomber - 21
- SU-25 ground attack aircraft - 12
- MiG-21 fighter - 18
- MiG-25 interceptor - 33
- MiG-25-RECCE - 5
- MiG-25PD interceptor - 11
- Tu-16 Badger heavy bombers - 10

Transport fleet is a subdepartement of the AzAF and consists of:
A total of 114 warplanes, 50 helicopters, 14 high-altitude recoinassances planes, 38 training planes and helicopters and 6 transportplanes.
