Balloon Time is the largest brand of consumer helium balloon kits in the United States. Balloon Time products are manufactured by Worthington Cylinders, a Worthington Industries Company.

Balloon Time helium balloon kits are typically used for decorating occasions such as birthday parties, graduation festivities, religious celebrations and weddings. The product is also often used to make decorations for holidays like the 4th of July, Halloween and Christmas. Additionally, the kits are used to develop activities and games for younger party guests.

Balloon Time helium balloon kits were introduced to the United States market in 1984 by Worthington Cylinders. Because the company was already making the cylinders on a full-time basis it was a matter of taking the cylinders that were on hand and finding new markets to sell them in.
