Pluses: Attractive, clean knot with no loose hanging tails. Stronger than the more commonly used Water knot[citation needed].
Minuses: Takes a bit longer to tie than Water knot. Cannot visually assess the length of the free end inside the webbing to verify it is not working back through the knot.
