Bill Schultz (born May 1, 1967 in Granada Hills, CA) is a retired National Football League offensive lineman.

Schultz played for the Indianapolis Colts between 1990 and 1993, for the Denver Broncos in 1995 and for the Chicago Bears in 1997.

Schultz was a fourth-round draft choice from the University of Southern California.

Prior to USC, Schultz prepped at Kennedy High School in Granada Hills.
