Black Homeland Citizenship Act

The Black Homeland Citizenship Act of 1970 was a denaturalization law that changed the status of the inhabitants of the homelands so that they were no longer citizens of South Africa. The aim was to ensure that white South Africans came to make up the majority of the de jure population.
