Blair Brown

Bonnie Blair Brown (born 23 April 1946 in Washington, District of Columbia) is an acclaimed stage actress who has also reached a broader audience with her television and film work, particularly, in the 1980s. More recently, since 1993, Ms. Brown has been reaching a new and growing audience as an audiobook narrator. Ms. Brown has at least 15 audiobook productions to her credit.

Her then-boyfriend Playwright David Hare wrote the 1987 play The Secret Rapture and the 1988 film Strapless specifically for her.

Her most widely-viewed success was as the Emmy Award-winning lead in the comedy-drama The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd. The show spent two years on NBC then moved to the Lifetime cable channel for another three years.
