The Cape Dwarf Chameleon (Bradypodion pumilum), is a chameleon native to the South African province of the Western Cape. As with most Chameleons, its tongue is two times the size of its body and can be shot out of its mouth using a special mussel in the jaw. This makes it easy to catch a bug on a branch far away from it.
The Cape Dwarf Chameleon is an endangered species.
