[edit] Production

The process of making bubble hash typically involves dislodging the trichomes by using cold or ice water and agitating the plant material. A screen, filter(s), or bags with varying size mesh are used to separate the trichomes from the solution. The filtered material is usually then pressed and dried. The resultant amount of Tetrahydrocannabinol that the varying methods produce are dependent on plant quality, freshness and exact procedural techniques. Cannabinoids other than THC are also extracted using this process.
