These two types of art are grouped together as it is often hard to distinguish between Hellenistic art and Roman copies of Hellenistic or Greek art.
Examples of sculpture produced within the Roman Empire that show little or no influence from Hellenistic examples, or that are not Hellenistic/Roman-era copies of Greek or Hellenistic era sculptures, should go here.
