They lead to the title in accordance with the naming conventions for common names and can help writing. Do not replace these redirected links with a piped link.
To add a redirect to this category, put {{R from alternative name}} after the redirect but on the same line.
Note that where the title only differs in its use of diacritical marks (accents, umlauts, etc.), {{R from title without diacritics}} would be a better choice.
