"Causing a Commotion" is a song by American singer Madonna for her 1987 movie Who's That Girl and on the subsequent, various artists soundtrack Who's That Girl. "Causing a Commotion" was released in the United Kingdom just before Madonna's 1987 Who's That Girl World Tour and reached number four in the UK charts and number two in the United States. The song was written and produced by Madonna and long-term co-writer Stephen Bray. The versions that appear on the singles were remixed by Shep Pettibone.
