The PL platform was Chrysler's automobile platform for the 1995-2005 Dodge Neon compact car. It is a front wheel drive platform with no provision for all wheel drive. Contrary to early reports, PL was not the basis for the Chrysler PT Cruiser's PT platform.
The PL was replaced in 2006 with the new Mitsubishi GS platform.
