Kasabian's first ever single "Club Foot" was released on the 17th May 2004 in the UK. This song is dedicated to Czech student Jan Palach, who committed suicide in political protest by self-immolation. This song could be heard in the trailer to video game Tony Hawk's Project 8 (and later reappeared on its soundtrack), and in the introduction to Pro Evolution Soccer 5. This song was also on the film Goal. The song is also in the introduction to WRC: Rally Evolved
