The Communist Party of Tajikistan (in Russian: Коммунистическая партия Таджикистана) is a political party in Tajikistan. At the last legislative elections, 27 February and 13 March 2005, the party won 13% of the popular vote and 4 out of 63 seats.

The party is affiliated to the Communist Party of the Soviet Union of Oleg Shenin.
