Criollo is a Spanish term (feminine criolla, plural criollos/criollas) which may refer to:

• The Criollos, a caste in the Spanish colonial caste system.
• Any Creole peoples in Spanish-speaking regions, or former Spanish colonies.
• Any creole languages that is Spanish-based, or is spoken in Spanish-speaking regions.
• The Criollo cultivar of cacao.
• Criollo (horse), a South American horse breed.
• Cuban Criollo (horse), a Cuban horse breed.
• Criollo (sheep), a sheep breed.
• Criollo cattle, the Mexican name of the Corriente cattle
• The Criollos de Caguas or Caguas Creoles (basketball), a team frm Caguas, Puerto Rico.
• Pan Criollo, a constructed language by Xul Solar amusingly named after a traditional type of Argentine bread, popularly believed to be kneaded with the feet.
• The Spanish name for the Mission (grape) is Uva Criolla.
• A criollo is the opposite of a gringo.
