Deli meat

Image:Mortadella.jpgDeli Meats are any kind of meat commonly found in a deli, such as Pastrami, Salami, Bologna, Cappicola, Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Ham, Honey-Glazed Ham, Veal cutlets, etc. Often, these meats are employed in sandwich making, and the crafting of several hors d'oeurves. Deli meats can also be used in the crafting of antipasti or main courses. Deli meats refers to the delicatessen in which one often finds such meats. Deli meats provide plenty of nourishment, and satisfy most daily meat requirements. They may also be referred to as lunch meats, luncheon meats, or "starters," so titled for their uncanny ability to start a meal.
