Department of Education (Irish: An Roinn Oideachais, Ulster Scots: Männystrie o Lear or DE) is a Government Department in the Northern Ireland Executive. The Department is responsible for all aspects of education and other related services - except that of higher and further education sector, which is the responsibility of the Department for Employment and Learning.

The current direct-rule minster is Maria Eagle MP.
