The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) (Irish: An Roinn Sláinte, Seirbhísí Sóisialta agus Sábhailteachta Poiblí) is a government department in the Northern Ireland Executive. The department is responsible for Health and Care NI. It's main responsibility is for Health and Personal Social Services. The department is also charged with Public Safety policy and legislation, such as, the Fire Authority, food safety and emergency planning.

The current direct-rule minster is Paul Goggins MP.
