Depot can mean any one of a number of things:

- a centralized store or operating base for logistical use by commercial or governmental bodies for storage of goods, training of personel, or maintenance of vehicles.
- a railway or bus station.
- a large train or bus station, not usually for the transportation of people, but, rather, for the maintenace/service or storage of vehicles.
- a hub for the distribution of goods.
- a garage/workshop where buses, trains or trams belonging to a particular company are stored and serviced when not in use.

- As a proper noun, Depot is an application used in conjunction with another application called "Carrier" or "iDEN Radio Service Software" to program Nextel iDEN cellular phones.
