The Diocese of Peterborough forms part of the Province of Canterbury in England.
Founded in 1539 (it was until then part of the diocese of Lincoln) it has parishes in:
- the Soke of Peterborough
- the county of Northamptonshire
- the county of Rutland
The diocese is divided into two Archdeaconries:
- the Archdeaconry of Northampton
- the Archdeaconry of Oakham
The Diocese covered what is now the Diocese of Leicester until 1927.
