Dorotheus may mean:
- Dorotheus, a sixth-century jurist (fl. 534) who helped to draft the Justinian Code
- Dorotheus of Sidon, a first-century astrologer who wrote in Greek
- Dorotheus of Tyre, a third-century Christian presbyter and later bishop of Tyre, who is believed to have taught Eusebius of Caesarea in Antioch. He may also be referred to as Dorotheus of Antioch.
