Doug MacLean

Doug MacLean was born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island on April 12, 1954.
He is the current president/general manager and ex-head coach of the National Hockey League's Columbus Blue Jackets and former head coach of the Florida Panthers. MacLean is probably best known for leading a up-start Panther team, featuring goaltender John Vanbiesbrouck, to Eastern Conference crown in 1996, only to be swept in the Stanley Cup Final (four games to none) by the Colorado Avalanche.
