The Edwin Booth Theatre is a Broadway theatre. It is located at 222 West 45th Street and is named for Edwin Booth, a famous 19th century actor.

Historically, in 1952, it was the theatre for William Marchant's play, To Be Continued, starring, at the age of 23, Grace Kelly.

The theatre was recently the home of the play Faith Healer with Ralph Fiennes, which ran until August 13, 2006. The play Butley, starring Nathan Lane, will play the Booth from October 5, 2006.
