Ehrharta is a genus of about 35 species of grass mostly native to Africa, with a few species native to the Mascarene Islands and Indonesia. The genus is also found in Yeman, China, Europe and North America and there are several invasive species including Ehrharta longiflora, Ehrharta calycina and Ehrharta erecta.
