Element Six (formerly De Beers Industrial Diamond) is a private Irish company that was created in 1946. On April 3, 2006 it acquired Ukrainian synthetic diamond plant OJSC "Poltava Diamond Plant", largest of its kind in CIS. Details of the sale were not announced, the plant was previously owned by two Cyprus companies.
