Elizabeth O'Neill Verner (1883 - 1979) was an artist from Charleston, South Carolina. Her etchings of Charleston are her best known works.

The South Carolina Arts Commission awards the Elizabeth O’Neill Verner Governor’s Awards for the Arts in her honour.
