Facial (sexuality)

In a sexual context, a facial is the slang term for the sexual activity in which a man directs an ejaculation of semen onto the face of another person, typically as part of the sex act of fellatio.
Attitudes toward and acceptance of the act vary widely depending upon the specific country, culture, and individual preferences. One common criticism of this act is that it objectifies the receiving partner. It can also be seen as an expression of domination and submission and erotic humiliation. Many practitioners enjoy the act and assert it as legitimate. Given changes in sexual attitudes over time, facials are increasingly seen and practised as just another one form of sexual fulfilment among consenting partners.
In heterosexual pornography, the facial is an accepted convention used to end a scene (also known as a "money shot or Blamo"). This was traditionally done to show that an actual sexual act had occurred. Gay male pornography does not tend to feature facials.
