Faculty can refer to:
- Faculty (university), a division of a university
- Faculty (instrument), an instrument or warrant in canon law, especially a judicial or quasi-judicial warrant from an ecclesiastical court or tribunal. This is most commonly used in referring to the legal authorization given by a bishop to a cleric, authorizing him to exercise his ministry in that diocese.
