First Badgerline
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
First Badgerline's roots can be traced back to the old Bristol Omnibus Company, an unprivatised regional bus company based in Bristol, England. When the Bristol Omnibus Company was privatised in the mid-1980s, it was branded in two forms, one based in and around Bristol and in the other areas in the west country it was known as Badgerline. Indeed, the livery featured a badger on a green and yellow background. Ten years later and more rebranding and mergers with Grampian Regional Transport formed First Group, based in Aberdeen, which incorporates trains, buses, and the famous yellow school buses that take students to school in North America.
