Fist can refer to the following:
- A hand that has the fingers curled into the palm and the thumb retracted. This is typically used in unarmed combat, such as fist-fighting. See also Punch (strike).
- In falconry, the hand with a heavy glove on, which the hawk perches on.
- Sometimes used instead of "hand" when referring to climsy handwriting.
- The clenched fist, a gesture of defiance in some cultures.
- F.I.S.T., 1978 film.
- Fisting, the act of the inserting fingers or the whole hand in a vagina or rectum for sexual pleasure.
- Keying, the individual characteristics of a telegraph operator's style, referred to as his "fist".
- Fist (Rock Band), the name of the rock band formed during the VH1 reality show "SuperGroup".
