Foster-Wheeler (FWLT) is a global conglomerate with focus on Engineering, Construction and Procurement (EPC) and power, which form two different groups of the company. The company was formed in the 1927 by the merger of a power speciality company (created by Foster family) with Wheeler Condenser and Engineering Company.
