Four of the Apocalypse ( aka I Quattro dell'apocalisse) is a (1975) spaghetti western starring Fabio Testi and directed by horror film maestro Lucio Fulci. It is based on two stories by western writer Bret Harte: "The Luck of Roaring Camp" and "The Outcasts of Poker Flats". A few additional elements were added to make it more like other spaghetti westerns including a nasty outlaw named Chaco played by Tomas Milian and some brutal violence.
Testi plays a character named Stumpy who is the "John Oakhurst" character from Poker Flats. Lynne Frederick is called "Bunny" and plays the "Duchess" character from the original story.
