Gatley railway station is in Gatley, a commuter suburb in Stockport on the Manchester-Crewe rail route, used by Northern Rail and First Transpennine Express for Manchester Airport services.
The station is on the A560 Gatley road and has a car park. The ticket office and waiting room are located on the Manchester-bound platform and are open mornings only.
The station is expected to be refurbished at the end of the Year after the completion of the refurbishment of the East Didsbury station.
