Goldwater's Department Store was a department store chain based in Phoenix, Arizona. It was founded in Gila City, Arizona, in 1860 and moved to Phoenix in 1872. The store was founded by the grandfather of U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Barry Goldwater. The chain was acquired by Associated Dry Goods Corp. in 1963 and came to May Department Stores when May and Associated merged in 1986.

May dissolved the division in 1989, with May D&F, May Company California and J.W. Robinson's absorbing various stores and the Tucson-area stores being sold to Dillard Department Stores.
