Graham Charles Stuart (born March 12, 1962, Carlisle) is a British Conservative Party politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for Beverley and Holderness in the United Kingdom general election, 2005. He owns a publishing business, CSL Publishing Ltd.
Previously he contested the Cambridge constituency at the 2001 general election, and was a member of Cambridge City Council from 1998 to 2004.
Stuart was born in Carlisle, studied at Glenalmond College and read Philosophy and Law at Selwyn College, Cambridge, but did not graduate. He started his publishing business while at university, was also Chairman of the Cambridge University Conservative Association and a University Trial Cap in rowing.
In 2005 he founded CHANT (Community Hospitals Acting Nationally Together), www.chantonline.com, a cross-party campaign group. He is a member of the Environment Audit Committee (Select Committee), a member of the backbench Shadow Health team, and in 2006 was elected a member of the Party Board by his fellow Members of Parliament.
