Greek diaspora is a term used to refer to the communities of Greeks living outside of the traditional Greek homeland, namely Greece, Cyprus, and parts of Albania, Turkey and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

The General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad is a dependency of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has compiled several studies on the Greeks of the diaspora.

The total number of Greeks living outside Greece and Cyprus is estimated from 2,500,000 to 7,538,731.
